In the new age or information age, it is ever amazing when I learn about traits of successful entrepreneurs found in the society. Some of the common traits I realized of such successful new age entrepreneurs include firstly, they have blend well with trends and reach a poignant moment of being expert leader or specialist in their strength areas to be successful in the market.

Secondly, such entrepreneurs have great leadership, humility in learning and great in sales and communication skills. They build and understand the system well to become successful in the business. In business, it is not just the product that creates the success. A significant part is having an effective business system that creates successes in the business.

Thirdly, such entrepreneurs build great organization to be part of huge success in the business. They understand the importance of building strong leadership in the organization to build on success in the business. For example, such entrepreneurs build the business around a team and leverage on each other expertise well. They build on strong management of the team and other areas such as branding and leadership in the team.

Fourthly, new age entrepreneurs understand effectively the difference between the needs in the industrial age and information age. For example, in the information age, such entrepreneurs understand clearly the importance of leveraging on tools such as internet, Web 2.0 to make their business presence in the market.

Fifthly, such entrepreneurs understand the importance of maintaining control and command in the business. They understand the importance of delegating task and leveraging on other great expertise in build their business. They generally do well when it comes to collaborations and partnerships with others. They work well in a team.

Sixthly, a great trait of the new age entrepreneurs that we can observed nowadays is they have great social responsibilities and have contributed a lot to charity organizations. They create a meaningful approach of giving back to the society through their success in their business. Their contributions can be in the areas of sharing their knowledge, expertise or through monetary means.

Lastly, they went through tough challenges to achieve success. They show exemplary action by persevering and having great patience through challenges to drive their success in their business. They have self belief and courage to step out of comfort zone. Others negative comments on them actually spurred them to continue pursuing their achievements.
