Choosing a Color for Your High chair cover

While color choice may not seem to be a top priority when you’re choosing a high chair cover, it’s not something you want to neglect either. Remember a high chair cover is going to be with you in public and people around you will definitely be giving them a look and making a determination of how well they fit your personality. Don’t just settle for any shade. Here are a few ideas that will help you pick the right colors for your high chair cover.

Choosing a High chair cover for Boys

If you want to stick to traditional colors for your little boy, then definitely blue is going to be one of the top choices on your list. That’s great because blue goes with a wide variety of other colors and looks really nice. However, you may want to avoid dark blues which seem a bit drab. They might have a lot of padding but a very dark blue high chair cover lacks personality.

Now you might argue that a dark blue high chair cover will at least hide stains better than lighter colors but, hopefully, you’ll be cleaning the covers regularly and hiding stains won’t be a problem you really need to worry about too much.

However, if you do have a concern about stains, at least in the short haul, you might consider a light blue reversible high chair cover sold through Pure & Honest Kids. These covers have are light blue on both sides but one side has stripes and the other has dots. It’s definitely charming.

High chair cover for Girls

While pink has long been thought of as the perfect color for girls, the latest trend is to mix it up a bit. For example, instead of going with plain old pink pastels you can combine pink with a delicious chocolate brown. The color combination works amazingly well and the chocolate can also be good at hiding stains if that’s something you’re worried about. The reversible pink and brown high chair cover for girls from Pure & Honest Kids has stripes on one side and dots on the other. It’s a great look and one that almost everyone would fall in love with.

Something a Little More Daring

If you want some non traditional color choices, you may want to consider the paisley high chair cover from Pure & Honest Kids, too. On one side is a dark pink paisley design with green trim. On the other side, however, is green leopard print. That’s sure to get some attention!

While the pink paisley may work best for girls, the reversible side could be appropriate for either gender.

One Reason to Go Reversible

As you can see from some of the color examples above, a reversible high chair cover is definitely going to give you the advantage when it comes to looking stylish.
