Substitute egg whites for a lubricant. Most lubricants, even petroleum jelly, can kill sperm and make conception much more difficult, it is best to use no lubricant at all but if you do need to, egg whites help sperm to be more mobile.
Certain herbal remedies can also be useful in fertility. Dong Quai, for example, is a Chinese herb that can help to boost estrogen levels and increase the chances of a fertilized egg becoming implanted. Chasteberry can also help to regulate these hormones which can aid fertility. Also keep in mind that certain herbal remedies, although useful for other medical reasons, maybe harmful when trying to conceive. Some to avoid include St. John s Wart, echinacea, and ginkgo biloba. You may also want to avoid caffeine and do not over do it on the milk since both an be counter productive in the pursuit to conceive.
