Their stylists are the best in the country (and probably even in the world). So when they give a Hollywood movie star the latest hair style, they use all of the knowledge that they have to create the complete look.
Because of this, hair stylists in middle America working at local beauty parlors often times have a hard time recreating the latest hair style that their clients may want. Sure, they can usually get pretty close to what their clients want, but it will never be the exact same.
